Chassis - Overview
GM G-Series - 139" DRW Cutaway, 12,300 GVWR, 6.6L DuraMax Diesel, YF2 Ambulance Prep Package, AM/FM/CD, White, Premium Interior Trim. FD-146 - 146" x 90" Ambulance Body.

Body
Headroom: 64" floor to ceiling (66" headroom optional).
Flooring: Non-slip Lonplate II.
Compartments: .090" bright aluminum diamond plate wall construction; .125" smooth aluminum floors.
Body Construction: Structural members are 2"x2"x.125" aluminum tubes at 12" on center for are used for floor cross members; .125" aluminum sidewall skin; .090" one-piece aluminum floor vapor barrier; doorjambs are formed integral to the .125" sidewall skin.
Door Construction: 1-piece, form rolled, compartment and entry doors with 24 bends to form a minimum 2.75" thick door. Tri-Mark heavy duty locking paddle handles with 2-point double latching on all compartment and entry doors.
Side Entry Step Well: .125" ADP single step side entry stepwell.
Fenderettes: Black Rubbe
Rear Bumper/Step: 8" open grate flip-up center section with ADP endpods.

Electrical
Circuit Board: Printed circuit board with automatic reset circuit breakers; a complete set of relays and circuit breakers are mounted in the electrical cabinet as spares.
Heat/Cool: A combination heating and cooling unit installed over the walk-through with 3-position mode selector switch and thermostat on the rear control panel; two automatic gate valves to shut off hot water from engine when in air conditioning mode; all heater hoses are EDPM Nomex material.
Hospital Grade Duplex Outlets: 3 - 115-volt outlets with GFI protection.
Power Point-Style Outlets: 2 - 12-volt outlets; Schottky diode to isolate medical equipment.
Shorline: 115-volt 20amp twist-lock power inlet with watertight cover; with mating plug.

Emergency Lights
Intersection Lights: 2 Whelen 700 series halogen lights with integral Whelen flanges and red lenses.
Front Lightbar: Flush mounted lightbar, 77" 3 - halogen flashers and 2 - rotators; customer choice of lens colors.
Load Lights: 2 Whelen 900 Series Opti-Scene 8°-32°.
Scene Lights: 2 Whelen 900 Series Opti Scene 8°-32°.
Siren: 200-watt remote siren; 1 siren/horn selector switch.
Speakers and Lights: Siren speakers recessed into the bumper; 1 Whelen 700 Series halogen forward facing lights with red lenses.
Warning Lights: KKK-A-1822 lighting with matching flash pattern; 6 Whelen 900 Series halogen lights with red lenses; 1 Whelen 900 Series halogen light with amber lens (flashes in secondary mode); rear amber light flash together with insector and forward-facing lights.

Oxygen/Vacuum
Oxygen/Vacuum Outlets: 2 Ohio-style oxygen outlets and one vacuum outlet.
Oxygen Cylinder Mount: Adjustable stainless steel rings for M-size cylinder, located in the streetside front compartment.
Oxygen Flowmeter: 1 gravity type provided.
Vacuum and Suction System: Thomas brand vacuum pump in streetside intermediate compartment; on/off switch at rear console; aspirator with disposable canister mounted on action wall.

Cabinets and Hardware
ALS Cabinet: Full-height double doors with handles, roller-ball catches and two adjustable shelves.
Assist Rails and Armrest:
1 - 70" polished stainless steel rail over cot; 1" stainless steel 45° ergonomic style assist handles on each patient entry door.
Cabinets:
Standard cabinets include: sharps container and crash stable bracket, biohazard container with lid and red biohazard bags. Adjustable shelves feature infinitely adjustable C-channel mounting tracks; interior corners are sealed for easy cleaning; faces feature framed windows with mitered corners; cabinet doors are tinted acrylic.
Cot Mount:
Stryker #6370 single position mount; customer specifies cot model for proper positioning of mount.
IV Holders:
2 recessed, in ceiling.
Flooring: Black Dri-Deck plastic tile open grating on the compartment floors.
Formica: Customer choice of standard colors for interior.
Light Dome: 8-dual bulb high/low halogen/incandescent lights; 1 high/off/low switch in the rear console for each bank of lights; three-minute time delay system activated by the patient entry doors.
Work Light: Fluorescent light with integral switch above the primary action area.
Sliding Door: Solid wood door on a slide track to separate the patient compartment and the cab; fixed acrylic tinted window in door; door slides behind driver seat.
Technician's Seat: Bench style seat with a swing open backrest for access to the electrical cabinet.
Squad Bench: Split lids with storage below; double cushions fastened with Velcro; gas-prop style hold opens (lid automatically opens when latch is released); stainless steel paddle latches to hold the lids closed in the event of an accident; 3 seatbelts for seatbelts for seated and supine positions.
